What is Shake the Dust?
A somatic release workout that will leave you with a stronger body, calmer mind and a more joyous existence!
Expect shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive movement (some yoga sometimes too), pilates, somatics and body weight training all to a playlist that will make you want to move.
The class is for everyone. Come as you are, no previous experience necessary. Ages 16- 80+!
