I have been teaching for over 6 years and have completed over 450 hours of training. I have trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Pregnancy Yoga, Embodied Flow, Embodied Yin and Somatic Movement and I recently completed an intensive course in the Skinner Releasing Technique, a movement practice that encourages releasing tension and exploring creativity through dance, somatic movement, drawing and writing.

Expect down to earth, friendly classes - my classes are both joyful and deeply nourishing. I’m interested in how movement makes people feel, not what it looks like. I’m also a dancer at heart and have been dancing all my life. Currently exploring ways to bring more dancing into our lives!

I teach a diverse range of students every week, from pregnancy yoga, to yoga for adults with learning disabilities to yoga for sailors! Everybody is welcome to my classes. Nobody is too old/ young/ creaky… All ages, all abilities.

Connecting to our creative selves and connecting back to nature and the seasons is an important part of my work. Movement, creativity and nature are medicine. This concept is at the core of my teaching and the experiences I create and I’m happy that I’m able to offer this to a diverse range of adults to help improve wellbeing.

I have lived and worked all over Europe and, most recently, I lived in Montreal, Canada for two years before moving to Ramsgate on the Kent coast with my partner. I also have a First class degree in English Literature and Spanish from Edinburgh University and an MA in Film from UCL. When not on the yoga mat, you can find me going for long walks on the beach, at home with a book or on the dancefloor…

Movement, creativity and nature are medicine. This concept is at the core of my teaching and the experiences I create.
