Join Elise at Gather, a beautiful wellness space overlooking Ramsgate Harbour, for a day of movement, reflection, rest and connection. Set against a backdrop of sea views and fresh coastal air, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
This day is for EVERYONE, no yoga or movement experience required.
The day will begin with an extended Vinyasa Yoga and Qi Flow practice, designed to energise and awaken both body and mind. You’ll then enjoy a seasonal lunch prepared by Naomi Grady, a natural chef with a passion for nourishing food that supports wellbeing, connection, and balance. Her beautiful seasonal dishes are designed to energise and restore. After lunch, option to head to the beach for sea swim if you fancy!
In the afternoon, you’ll be guided through reflective journaling and intention-setting practices for the year ahead, before settling into a deeply restorative Embodied Yin session. We’ll close the day together in circle, leaving you feeling lighter, grounded and renewed.

About your host
Elise is an experienced yoga and movement teacher with over seven years of teaching experience and more than 700 hours of training. Over the past several years, she has hosted sold-out retreats across the UK and Europe, and is now excited to bring her retreat experience to her adopted hometown of Ramsgate.
A dancer at heart, Elise’s classes are rooted in flowing, embodied movement and thoughtfully curated music, creating spaces that feel both grounding and joyful. Alongside dynamic movement practices, Elise has studied Yin Yoga extensively, completing three specialised Yin trainings. Her sessions are gently infused with the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, inviting you to connect more deeply with yourself, the rhythms of the seasons, and a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.
Journaling has also been a central part of Elise’s personal practice for many years, complementing her work with movement and mindfulness. Reflection and writing are woven throughout her retreats, with guided prompts designed to help you slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with what matters most.
